Job Title - Personal Assistant (PA) Location - Birmingham, UK Salary - £200 Daily Rate DOE Job Type - FTC About the Role We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support a CFO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Based in Birmingham, you will be responsible for managing schedules, handling confidential information, coordinating meetings, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. As a PA, you will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of the executive’s workday by anticipating needs, managing priorities, and streamlining tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Manage and organise the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Organise meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agenda preparation, and post-event follow-up. Assist with project management tasks and maintain accurate filing systems. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, managing office supplies, and maintaining records. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide ad-hoc support as required by the executive and the wider team. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality. A proactive, solution-focused attitude with a positive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience supporting senior executives is preferred
