Based in the London Office delivering high-quality projects across various sectors nationwide. We’re seeking a motivated RICS-chartered Building Surveyor (or equivalent) to support new project wins. If you have expertise in due diligence, technical reporting, contract administration, and site inspections, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Deliver due diligence and technical reports. Manage and oversee multiple live projects. Lead project management and contract administration tasks. Conduct site inspections and provide on-site project management. Contribute to the growth of our building surveying services. What We’re Looking For: RICS-chartered or equivalent qualification. Strong experience in building surveying, project management, and contracts. Knowledge of health and safety requirements. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team. A full driving licence and access to a car insured for work travel. Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and SharePoint. Benefits: Competitive salary and career progression opportunities.
