Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Contractor Location: South West London Salary: Up to £40,000 Package Are you an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? The Role: You will be part of a dynamic team delivering planned and reactive maintenance projects in partnership with a local authority. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to large-scale refurbishment work within the social housing sector, while working for a respected contractor that offers excellent career progression. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the management of costs for planned and reactive maintenance projects Preparing tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities Monitoring and reporting on project costs, variations, and valuations Collaborating closely with the project team to ensure smooth delivery The Ideal Candidate: Some experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction, ideally within social housing or refurbishment projects Strong commercial acumen with excellent attention to detail A desire to progress within a reputable, supportive contractor Relevant qualifications (HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent) What’s On Offer: Competitive salary up to £40,000 package Long-term work in South West London Ongoing training and excellent career progression opportunities within a Tier 1 contractor If you're looking for a career-building opportunity with a company that values progression and development, we'd love to hear from you.
