Job Title: TIBCO Developer Our Challenge As a TIBCO Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing TIBCO-based integration solutions that support our business processes and applications. The Role Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy TIBCO integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO MDM, and other relevant TIBCO products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs for integration solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and operational procedures. Perform testing and debugging of integration solutions to ensure quality and performance. Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to resolve issues and optimize performance. Implement best practices in integration development, including version control, code reviews, and testing strategies. Stay updated on the latest TIBCO technologies and industry trends to continuously improve integration solutions. Provide support and training to users on TIBCO applications and processes as needed. Requirements: You are: Proven experience as a TIBCO Developer or similar role, with a solid understanding of TIBCO suite of products. Strong knowledge of TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO MDM, and other integration tools. Proficiency in integration patterns, API development, and web services (REST/SOAP). Familiarity with databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and data modeling concepts. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development methodologies (e.g., Agile). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
