No Offer Description The research activity will be carried out in the field of Spanish language, translation, and linguistics. It will include studies on the culture and literary works in Spanish from the Middle Ages to contemporary age and on the related authors, both from the Iberian Peninsula and from the extra-peninsular Spanish-speaking areas, with the exception of the American ones. The studies will be conducted with the methodologies of philological, linguistic, and literary-critical research, with particular attention to critical understanding through the study of the original texts. This includes an in-depth analysis of linguistic and rhetorical aspects, the translation process, and thematic, figurative, formal, and historiographical dimensions. The research activity will extend, in comparative terms, to the relationships between Spanish-language literature and culture and other cultures and literatures, particularly from the Iberian area.
