No Offer Description The research activity will be carried out in the field of theoretical, historical, experimental, and typological studies on language and languages. It will focus on the study of historical linguistics; phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, lexicon, and pragmatics of historical-natural languages and dialects; the relationships between languages, ethnos, and society; computational models of natural language; research on language pathologies and related problems of linguistic education; Italian sign language and literature; and the languages of ancient Italy, Illyria, and the regions inhabited by the Celts. All the above-mentioned studies will also include the use of resources, methods, technologies, as well as digital platforms and environments for the collection, analysis, processing, and valorization of the linguistic data at the basis of the research.
