Who We’re Looking For: An experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the tourism industry and an active client portfolio . The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening our B2B presence, and contributing to the development of our B2C strategy . Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand a portfolio of B2B clients (travel agencies, tour operators, companies, etc.). Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and market share. Promote and sell customized travel packages and solutions. Negotiate contracts and achieve agreed sales targets. Support the company in laying the foundation for B2C market entry , working closely with internal teams. Monitor market trends and competitors to drive strategic growth. Requirements: A strong active client portfolio within the industry Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. Proven ability to work autonomously and achieve sales targets. Familiarity with market trends in both B2B and B2C tourism . Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
