Job Description

In this role you will: Assist in creating reports and technical documents Enter accurate meta-data to electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrieval Implement trackers to monitor close out of proprietor actions Manage and control information circulation Set up an efficient document management system Support the quality & document control team to meet objectives Update, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers, and databases We would love to hear from you if you: Have experience in a similar document management role within the construction industry Have experience in Aconex and SharePoint which are critical for this role Enjoy managing a large range of information Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun About Project Management Our teams of program and project managers deliver success globally through strategic planning and stringent controls.
