The Role In.Te.S.A. S.p.A. (a company of the Kyndryl Group) is looking for a Solutions Consultant - Supply Chain & AI to be placed in the Solutions Organisation. This role is crucial in developing the company's positioning strategy and in the industrialisation of digital services offered in the B2B area, with constant supervision of the pre-sales phases. Main Activities: Industrialise the company's offering solutions to drive service improvement and the development of innovative solutions to better serve customers. Assist in the management of business opportunities or critical projects, supporting the sales team in interacting with pre-sales/post-sales structures. Coordinate the life cycle of digital services, including market and functional analysis, documentation for pre-sales, sales, marketing, and technical teams. Represent the company as a point of contact for customers and internal entities throughout the pre-sales to delivery phases. Develop and cultivate relationships with relevant stakeholders and build long-term customer loyalty. Assist in managing business negotiations and the end-to-end sales process. Mediate customer requirements with product roadmaps to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related fields. Thorough knowledge of data analysis, AI and GenAI topics. Experience in the management of SaaS solutions for enterprise customers; experience in digital product management is preferred. Understanding of core processes of companies in the Industrial and Logistics sector. Excellent knowledge of English (minimum B2, C1 recommended). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Nice to Have: Experience in managing regulated services and processes. Knowledge in IT architectures and digital services used via APIs. Experience in Agile methodologies. Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence) and Salesforce.
