About the Business: With 100 employees on-site and plans for continued growth, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a company embarking on a transformative journey. The successful candidate will contribute to the launch of a significant new contract that is set to double the company’s turnover. Role Overview: As Production Manager, you will: Champion a positive health and safety culture across the site. Oversee production planning to meet customer demand efficiently and effectively. Ensure quality standards are upheld and continuously improved. Lead and mentor production teams to deliver excellence. Collaborate with leadership to drive operational success during this time of growth. Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for an experienced professional with a background in manufacturing. While we are open to various products and processes, our preference is for candidates with experience in low-volume, larger-scale products rather than high-volume, small-scale production.
