M&E Asset Surveyor

About the company:- ATK Solutions have an excellent opportunity for a contract M&E Asset Surveyor to utilise your expertise across a wide variety of sectors including Health care, Commercial, Education and Local authority buildings. Please note the location for this work is in Dumfries and Galloway for this contract. About the role:- Identify, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the surveying project Provide different types of asset survey, asset verification and asset compliance audits Reports formatted and sent on a survey template Producing technical and defect analysis reports Lifecycle costings Organise your week accordingly depending on workload, travelling to meet with clients Reports can all be carried out from home, with occasional meet ups with the team at head office. Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures What's in it for you: Two month contract £250 to £300 per day and more contract after with our client. The ideal candidate: You must have relevant M&E surveying experience and a qualification to be successful with your application.
