Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 National Main Contractor

We are actively recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 Multidisciplinary Disciplinary National Main Contractor based in Glasgow who are looking for two Project Quantity Surveyors to work on public sector projects in West Central Scotland. Project typically range between £30m to £50m. Your responsibilities will involve: Overseeing costs and creating comprehensive project cost plans. Handling commercial aspects of ongoing projects. Collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure clarity on all financial and commercial matters. Engaging with design and operational teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. Managing the procurement process for subcontractors. Preparing valuations, generating commercial reports, and identifying variations. What you’ll need to be successful: The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified within relevant subject (Quantity Surveying). Exposure working within a recognised contractor on high value projects.
