We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful delivery of major facades projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage facade projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on project progress. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and ensure prompt resolution. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Facades Project Manager, ideally within the construction or building sector. Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction methods. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise with clients effectively. A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working on high-profile or large-scale projects would be an advantage.
