Position: Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment – Retrofit - Greenwich Location: Greenwich Site Manager required to work on a Retrofit / SHDF Framework for Royal Borough of Greenwich in Greenwich. The successful Site Manager will be responsible for EWI, IWI, Windows, Roofs and Loft Installations reporting to a Contracts Manager. Project: The project is a £25 million framework across Greenwich delivering retorfit works as part of SHDF. Works include EWI, IWI, Windows, Roofs and Loft Installations. Alongside this FRA's are also being carried out. Company Overview: Our client has established itself as one of the largest and most successful providers of social housing schemes in the South East. Individual: The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages. Experience with tenants in situ / occupied refurbishments is essential.
