ATK Solutions has an excellent opportunity for you to join an asset management consultancy. Our client requires an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to deliver Stock Condition surveys in East and West London, you could work in either location. Key job requirements include: Undertaking a variety of Stock condition surveys investigating building defects and producing life cycle costings Liaising with clients and producing a volume of quality survey reports Inputting data on site and at home We are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor with excellent personal and communication skills.
