You will be delivering Construction training leading to CSCS cards for learners and providing employability support Full training to become a Tutor can be given to those with occupational experience. Location: Hertfodshire Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered: Minimum 5 years of trade experience in general trade skills (Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, Plastering, Bricklaying) Level 3 Teaching qualification – e.g. AET / PTLLS/ CertEd (Desired) Assessing qualification L3 or equivalent (desirable) Health and Safety qualification at L3 or above Construction trades employment background with experience of at least 2 years A mentor and role model to others.
