Key Details Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off rotation Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire (in-house) Location: Knightsbridge, London Compensation Package Base Salary: £47,300 per annum Probation Completion Bonus: £2,500 Annual Gratuity: Approximately £2,000 (pro-rata share of company-wide scheme) Property Overview This distinguished development features: 201 high-end serviced apartments 1.7 acres of prime Knightsbridge real estate Beautifully designed private Feng Shui garden Premium facilities requiring expert maintenance and care Essential Requirements Proven experience in building engineering or facilities management Minimum qualifcations NVQ 2 level or equivalent. Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance Professional approach and excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with high-end residential properties preferred Responsibilities Maintain and monitor building systems and equipment Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance PPMs Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinate with contractors and service providers when necessary Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities: Plant roooms, distribution board panels, emergency lighting and other installation.
