Commercially minded Senior Site Manager (Construction) with 2-3 years PM experience who is looking to step into a more operational role Experience in Rail Maintain/develop relationships with key clients Project Management of own projects inc. P&L and applications inc. Variations Contractual Awareness and previous experience working with NEC 3 & 4 and JCT Competent to create Tender and Construction Programs Tracking of all company projects on a monthly basis to assist with forecasting Ability to assist with larger tender submissions. Develop the company supply chain Oversea the company H&S compliance working closely with our H&S consultant Assist with company compliance and preparation of audits for ISO and RISQS
