Project Surveyor

Drylining Project Quantity Surveyor / Site Surveyor required in Westminster GVR Solutions are currently representing an existing and well-established drylining contractor based in London who are currently recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor / Site Surveyor to join their Drylining team where you will be working on a number of residential and commercial fit out / refurbishment projects. Project Quantity Surveyor / Site Surveyor responsibilities: Preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tender documents, interim valuations of the construction Review project progress and present project data as appropriate Sub-contract Tendering Cost Control and reporting Attend projects meetings Procurement Final Accounts Assist with larger projects The Project Quantity Surveyor / Site Surveyor will: Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or Construction Management degree Have experience in Drylining. Surveying experience in the construction industry Relevant IT Skills Excellent oral communication and written skills A good knowledge of Maths Strong attention to detail Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills Confident, Articulate and a critical thinker Ability to work to deadlines Willing to undertake training and development when needed.
