Private and public sector clients throughout London and South East Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including refurbishments, maintenance, new-build schemes and fit outs. Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates. Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to ensure budget adherence. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Estimator. Stable career history. Strong understanding of construction processes and materials. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
