Primary Teacher

Position: SEN Primary Teacher (Special Educational Needs) Location: West Midlands Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time/Permanent/Fixed Term Start Date: ASAP (DBS Dependant ) Aspire are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Teacher to join our team and make a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). If you are seeking long term or day to day supply please read below. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of SEN pupils. Develop individualized learning plans (IEPs) in collaboration with colleagues, families, and specialists. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed. Collaborate with the wider school team to promote best practices in SEN support. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE. MUST have at least 6 months teaching experience with in the UK. Experience working with children with SEN, particularly within a primary school setting. Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
