Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager is required for a M&E contractor based in Essex. Our clients main scope of works is commercial design and build CAT A/ B fit out projects through London in areas such as Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf. The company have a turnover of £45m and currently have 8 projects running throughout London at the moment, They have a high performing team in place and are now looking to recruit a Electrical Project Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for Electrical Engineer who would like to take a step into project management Electrical Project Manager Duties Manage the project from start to completion Ensuring all project objectives are met. Procurement Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard Health & Safety Managing projects to budget Running project to a timeline Client meetings Prepare risk assessments. Method statements, and monitor health and safety onsite. Work closely with the design team Manage teams Progress reports Issue RFI’s Reviewing RAMS from sub-contractors Working to weekly/monthly KPI targets and driving staff Delegating tasks to team member The ideal candidate will have a HNC but is not a must, Please contract Brookfield M&E to discuss in more detail
