Building Surveyor – Hybrid / London Office A well-established construction & engineering project management firm specialising in building surveying, project management, and cost management is looking to hire a motivated and skilled Building Surveyor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team that is actively involved in diverse projects across the country, delivering high-quality services in a variety of sectors. Responsibilities: Conduct due diligence and technical reporting for multiple projects. Oversee and manage various live projects at different stages. Lead project management and contract administration, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Perform site inspections and manage projects on-site. Contribute to the expansion and development of our building surveying services. Requirements: RICS chartered (or similar qualification). Experience in building surveying, project management, and contract administration. Proficiency in technical reporting and due diligence. Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety regulations. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel to project sites. Full driving licence and car ownership, with insurance covering work travel. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft suite, AutoCAD, MS Project, SharePoint, and app-based software.
