Position: Painter & Decorator Start date: ASAP Contract type: Freelance Location: Brentford, London Pay rate: £20.00 - £22.00 / hour Duration: 3 months Xenon Recruitment contact: Matt Jasper The role: A CSCS Painter & Decorator is required for this new build residential development in Brentford, London. Your role will involve but not be limited to: Preparing surfaces for painting Applying paint, wallpaper, and other decorative finishes to interiors and exteriors of buildings Creating and maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the building Ensuring the final product meets client's requirements and industry standards About you: Hold a valid CSCS Card NVQ 2 or above in Painting & Decorating would be preferable Tools and full PPE are required Experience working on a similar scheme would be preferable, but not essential Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work
