Business Development Manager

We Aviation Recruitment Network, are recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics company providing freight solutions globally. With 20 branches across the UK they are expanding all year round. On the hunt for experienced Freight Account Managers and Business Development Managers to lead the sales and growth of the company. What are we looking for: • Sales Experience: 1 year (preferred) • Freight Forwarding experience by Air, Sea, Land and Abnormal • Freight Account management experience: 1 year (preferred) Pay: • £35,000 - £50,000 a year (Freight Account Managers) • £35,000 - £50,000 a year (Business Development Managers • Company car provided or car allowance, your choice Main responsibilities: • Upsale and new sales • Maintain and develop your existing accounts • Knowledge of your own hauliers will be a great advantage • Process bookings from customer by phone/email • Handle the coordination of freight (Land, Air or Sea) • Handle all operational aspects of import and export movements • Request customs clearance of both export and import shipments via our in-house customs team • Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers and suppliers Benefits: • Excellent uncapped bonus structure • A company car or car allowance • Company Laptop & Phone Uncapped commission from day 1 Call our Branch manager, Yasmin Saeed to have a confidential conversation on (phone number removed)
