We are looking for an ambitious and inspiring Teacher of Geography or someone who is already Head of Geography to expand our team. About the Role: Lead and manage the Geography department to ensure excellence in teaching, efficient resource utilization, and enhanced learning outcomes and achievement for all students. Teach Geography across all age groups, KS3 - KS5 Collaborate with subject staff to design, implement, and refine schemes of work that align with key school learning strategies. Monitor teaching and learning, tracking student progress to ensure all learners, including those needing extra support or greater challenge, are engaged and achieving their potential. Lead curriculum development to deliver a comprehensive, high-quality, and cost-effective programme that meets student needs. About You: Obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
