We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Site Manager to join a reputable Main Contractor based near Gateshead. With over 5 years of site management experience, you’ll have the opportunity to lead projects ranging from £500k to £15m, contributing to the success of a company known for its strong client relationships and exceptional reputation. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects. • Strong technical knowledge of site management processes and procedures. • Effective leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams. • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential). Key Skills & Attributes: • Professional and well-presented, with exceptional leadership abilities. • Proactive, with a business-focused approach to managing projects. • Skilled in client relationship management through clear and consistent communication. • Collaborative, able to support Contracts Managers and mentor junior staff effectively. • Highly organized, overseeing daily site operations with meticulous attention to detail. • Flexible and willing to travel to project sites as required.
