Mechanical Supervisor – Guildford Salary – 45k Working hours – Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, 1 in 4/5 on call Mechanical Supervisor – TXM Recruit is currently searching for a permanent Mechanical Supervisor to work within a facilities management company on one of their commercial contracts in Guildford. The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for – Overseeing and managing all mechanical staff (shift engineers, fabric engineers, plumbers, ventilation/HVAC engineers etc) Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities Liaise with Facilities Managers, and internal and external clients to forecast workload demand and project deliverables. 1 in 4/5 escalation on call Mechanical Supervisor specification – Experience managing mechanical staff, ideally within a commercial/industrial setting Applicable mechanical qualifications Full UK Driving Licence Benefits 25 days annual leave Company pension On call pay If you are a Mechanical Supervisor looking for a new role, apply now or call Elle-Mae Ball at TXM on (phone number removed).
