Interim Business Development Manager (BPO Sector) Are you an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the BPO industry? We are seeking a skilled interim professional to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in expanding the client base, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As an Interim Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating and developing new business opportunities, utilising your extensive network and industry knowledge. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, with a focus on the BPO sector, including both public and private sector markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet annual revenue growth targets. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the BPO market. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers through consistent networking. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to RFP submissions and client presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs. Monitor sales cycle performance and adjust strategies based on market trends. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to existing clients. Partner with internal teams to build confidence and subject matter expertise for new business pursuits. What We’re Looking For: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A solid network of industry contacts and market intelligence. Expertise in selling outsourced contact centre solutions and end-to-end services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals. A solid understanding of contact centre technology, customer strategies, and market propositions. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
