CDM Principal Designer - London

A leading AJ100 studio based in central London are looking for a Principal Designer to join their growing CDM team. They work across the large scale residential, Healthcare and Master planning sector. Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual that is passionate about optimal health and safety measures being met within the construction industry, whilst helping develop internal practices and advising external clients, alongside further business opportunities. The company have recently achieved B-corp accreditation and invest heavily in providing a work culture that individuals can enjoy and thrive. This is an area they are always looking to improve. Requirements: Strong project management skills Excellent knowledge of CDM regulations 2015 Good organisation and attention to detail Report writing Capable of advising both internal staff and clients Sound Technical knowledge Architectural or Health and safety background within a CDM role.
