Senior Cost Manager - Construction

About the role: Oversee and manage all cost aspects of construction projects, ensuring budgets are accurate and well-maintained. Lead procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers and contractors to achieve the best value. Prepare and present detailed cost reports to clients and stakeholders. Proactively identify cost risks and implement mitigation strategies. Handle contract administration, including managing variations and reviewing claims. Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery, maintaining quality and financial performance. About you: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years' experience in cost management within the construction industry. Strong client-side experience, with proven ability to manage client relationships effectively. Solid understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and financial principles. Proficiency in cost management software and tools. Fluency in Italian and English. Living in or near Milan, with a willingness to travel to project sites.
