Sales Engineer F/M

We are looking for Sales Engineers (F/M) who will be working for our subsidiary in Italy. You will be a key contributor to the success of our sales team and customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES Prospect new companies and opportunities. Follow existing customers and develop our activities with them. Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets. Prepare quotations and carry out commercial negotiations with both clients and suppliers. Coordinate communication between our customers and our different departments (Engineering, Quality, Customer Service). Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and assist in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction. Weekly travel involved to visit customers and prospects; candidates must be willing to travel frequently. Report frequently to management about sales results, target achievements, and business opportunities. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if proven experience; technical degree will be beneficial. Minimum 2-3 years' sales experience (electronics sales experience is a plus). Fluent in English and Italian (oral and written required). Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
