For AIRBNB ITALY we are looking for a: COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER MICO Key Activities and Responsibilities: Executing our MiCo community strategy, which will focus on: Host Education strategy and execution: Monthly webinars Monthly email campaigns Today tab & push notification Host clubs toolkit Host Engagement: Airbnb meetups and host meetups Olympic Torch Relay: Hosts as torchbearers Torch relay meetups Ticket gamification Host spotlight Contest Selection ceremonies Creation and management of a dedicated MiCo community Requirements: Passionate about Community building and management Master's or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (communication science/economics/tourism) 6 years experience in community, event, or project management Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal Has a growth and analytical mindset. Think and act like an entrepreneur. Resourceful and goal-driven. Strong empathy for our community, good listener, patient, approachable, flexible and effective in communications Fast learner and problem solver Comfortable with Excel, Google Docs and social media platforms and tools such as Facebook, Grytics and Sprinklr. Previous knowledge of Splash, Zoom webinars and Salesforce CRM is a plus Italian native speaker English fluent Based in Milan Willing to travel to meet hosts in person if/when required Salary and benefits We offer a competitive salary, the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, with a team of goal-oriented colleagues.
