Doping Control logistic and transport specialist (Fixed-term Contract)

During the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Doping Control is responsible for performing doping controls from the opening of the Olympic villages to the closing ceremony. Anti-doping controls will be conducted both in and out of competition. The transportation of doping control samples, staff, and athletes undergoing doping control procedures plays a key role in anti-doping procedures by ensuring the smooth running of pre-analytical procedures. The operational management of transport and logistics of doping controls must be carried out by professionals with experience in the management and organization of logistical and organizational procedures both at national and international levels. These professionals will report directly to the Head of Doping Control of the Medical Services of Milan Cortina and will have both an advisory role for the organizational aspects of the competitive and non-competitive venues and operational management at the central level. They will supervise the strategic and operational planning typical of the Games and will assume the role of those responsible for the operational management of the logistical and transportation procedures connected to the doping samples during the Games.
