Responsibilities SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A , one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S.p.A. ensures daily support to over 300 clients, including institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, and financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies). Mission: The Legal team works closely with the Société Générale Community to anticipate and manage legal risks while being an active part of the entire Organization’s Development. Tasks and Responsibilities: Legal research and analyses Draft legal documents such as contracts, power of attorney, and legal opinions Maintain legal files and databases Prepare reports and summaries on legal matters Support the legal team members in daily activities and legal proceedings Assist the legal team in corporate affairs Learn and apply legal principles and procedures within the SGSS environment Profile Required Studies & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Law Preferable: previous experience (3 months) as a Legal Intern Language Skills: Italian – C2 English – B2 Technical, Operational & Soft Skills: Knowledge of Banking and Industrial Law Strong interest in banking and finance Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with Outlook, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with a sense of priorities Collaborative team player Operational problem solver Good listener with patience, able to explain complex subjects simply Why Join Us In a highly competitive and fragmented financial market, our ambition is to be the reference partner recognized for service quality and competitiveness, agile solutions, and international network coverage.
