Yes Onsite/ Remote: Job ID: 14792 KWS Italia S.p.A. is looking for an Assistant production technician for their cross-crop activities based in Forlì . This position is full-time. What you can expect in this role: Executing agricultural work in seed production fields, such as driving tractors, spraying, irrigation, etc. Coordinate activities efficiently with all relevant stakeholders, such as workers, farmers, suppliers, etc. Support technicians in evaluations and field inspections. Supervise the workers in the fields and inspect their work quality. Harvest and transplanting. Executing other agricultural activities with other crops such as oil seed rape, rye, sorghum, and greenhouse. Preparing regular or ad-hoc reports for Management as and when required regarding field activities. Support ad-hoc activities as and when required by the Management. Ensure all operational activities are executed and personnel under own responsibility works in line with the company’s health and safety regulations.
