本职位负责制定最佳策略并管理指定客户的绩效，管理并发展团队，在需要时充当上报联系人。 Job Description: You will: Works closely with Head of Performance, develops and evangelizes overall strategy and approach; Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team; Manages team and leads recruiting efforts for assigned roles. Owns the team development process to train and develop team abilities; Activate and coordinate a team of specialists based on clients’ needs, leading brand and acquisition activities across PPC, Retargeting, Display, Affiliation, DEM, Paid Social marketing; Proactively looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the clients’ success; Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issues. Requirements: Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Communication or similar fields; 5 years of experience of PPC, Display, Retargeting, Paid Social, Digital Planning and know how to scale each channel; Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Proven analytical and quantitative ability; Problem solving and data centric approach; Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills; High attention to detail; Ability to work within strict deadlines; Interested in digital technology and has experience using latest marketing stack tools; Effective time management; Strong strategic thinking; Team working and collaborative attitude; Autonomy and self-motivation; Excellent knowledge of English language.
