Your role We are looking for a Raw Materials Production Engineer who will support and optimize the production processes in the Raw Material Department at our Operations Plant in Sedico (BL), Italy. This role offers the opportunity to analyze key metrics, improve production efficiency, and develop managerial skills while working with CNC machining processes such as lathes and milling machines for acetate frame manufacturing. Main responsibilities: Collect and manage production data using SAP. Analyze and interpret machine efficiency, quality performance, and lead times. Present key findings and insights to production managers. Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies to improve efficiency. Collaborate with multiple departments, including Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, HSE, HR, and Controlling. Identify and implement continuous improvement actions to enhance quality, safety, compliance, and productivity. Optimize workflow and resource allocation across different production areas. Contribute to the development of best practices for CNC machining and raw material management. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Main requirements: Degree in Engineering or a related field. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Passion for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
