The study interests must integrate and contribute to the development of research themes already present within the University's research groups, with particular reference to interpretative paradigms and devices of education and training, to the educational professions and training (professional socio-pedagogical educators, pedagogists, and teachers) and educational and pedagogical work. Further elements of educational and scientific qualification: Having participated in conferences, presenting contributions relevant to the sector covered by the procedure; Having carried out research activities in the sector covered by the procedure, through participation in structures, groups, and research projects relevant to the sector; Having carried out university teaching and/or supplementary teaching activities in the sector covered by the procedure.
