JOB DESCRIPTION You will work within the marketing team and have the role of Customer Care Manager . In this role, you will have to: Reply to the emails and messages coming from Colnago customers and dealers. Assist B2C customers during their website purchase experience. Create regular reports about the main attention areas of customer service. Help populate the knowledge database of the company. Help implement the Conversational AI infrastructure that will support the customer care team in their relations with customers. REQUIREMENTS A fluent written English is mandatory. Knowledge of the main CRM platforms (Hubspot is a plus). Knowledge of road bicycles (cycling experience or previous jobs in the industry are a plus). Great empathy and communication skills. Humility and curiosity. Precision and organizational skills needed in a fast-evolving environment. Good knowledge of Italian. Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus, for example, Spanish, French, and German.
