As a Service Tendering Specialist, you will work closely with the sales team to define and compile tenders for our service offerings. You will be part of an international tendering team, responsible for creating bids, estimations, and quotations based on customer specifications and budgets to achieve market competitiveness and favorable deals for the company. How you´ll make an impact Formulate competitive service bids, estimates, or quotations, considering the best product mix and appropriate technical and commercial considerations. Ensure service tenders are well-documented in a timely manner, including full and accurate costs. Manage the preparation of all technical, financial, and contractual aspects of the bid, indicating prices and trading conditions. Identify potential risks in estimates, bids, and related contract agreements and contribute to risk assessment. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and support sales. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering Teams to evaluate supplier offers from technical and commercial perspectives. Live Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity. Your background Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, engineering, or sales. Experience in power system engineering and knowledge of technologies like Substation Automation and SCADA is a plus. Self-motivated, reliable team player with strong communication skills. Structured, persistent, and well-organized, ready to work in an international environment. Fluent in Italian and English, both oral and written.
