Attività principali: Svolgere i processi di produzione e le attività ad essi correlate, sotto la supervisione di uno specialist o altro personale esperto all'interno dell'area classificata; Fornire supporto tecnico nell’allestimento dei materiali produttivi; Fornire supporto nella redazione e mantenimento della documentazione correlata alle attività di produzione in conformità alle GMP: Batch Record e Preparazioni, SOPs, protocolli, report; Gestire e registrare il carico e scarico dei prodotti e dei reagenti stoccati a -20°C, -80°C e delle linee cellulari trasdotte e non trasdotte in vapori di azoto; Gestione della documentazione relativa alle Deviation, Change e della documentazione di produzione (SOP, Batch Record, Protocolli e Report). Requisiti: Capacità di lavorare in team; Esperienza nella manipolazione in asepsi di colture cellulari; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
