Warehouse & Inventory Process Senior Specialist

What you’ll do: You will join the Warehouse & Inventory team, specifically within Retail Operations, reporting directly to the Warehouse & Inventory Manager; You will have the opportunity to be involved in the revision and improvement of warehouse processes, with a focus on the evolution and digitization of warehouse activities in SAP; You will write user requirements and approve functional analyses; You will contribute to and support the UAT phase, including team training and daily bug management; You will also assist in and oversee waste management and safety processes, including reporting on disposals in accordance with sustainability and administration guidelines, as well as ensuring proper alignment in SAP. Who you are: You have at least 3 years of experience in SAP and Warehouse Management; You hold a degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics); You have strong knowledge of SAP, warehouse operations and processes, project management, MS Excel, and process analysis; You are fluent in both spoken and written English and Italian; You are determined, innovative, flexible and reliable; You are capable of working within a team, leading projects, proposing solutions, and communicating with stakeholders. Preferably, you also have: Previous experience in a Gaming company; Basic knowledge of MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Dynamics.
