Join us and start the future YOUR ROLE In the context of a highly automated factory, the sought-after role is that of a maintenance technician on shift (21T) to support the operation of machinery for the production of semiconductor devices, which involve different processing stages. In this role, the candidate performs maintenance activities under the functional supervision of the Shift Leader and the coordination of the Maintenance Team Leader in order to comply with maintenance plans and reduce equipment downtime. He/she has the support and expertise of more experienced colleagues for more complex or non-procedural interventions. Responsibilities include: checking machine parameters, controlling and operating parts, and using dedicated software for tracking maintenance activities. The work is carried out in shifts according to the modalities provided by the contract (including the night shift) and includes an initial training phase directly on the field (training on the job). The activity takes place in a clean room environment. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Scientific diploma (Technical institute with an electronic/electrotechnical, chemical/materials and related direction). Previous experience in similar production contexts (electronic, pharmaceutical, mechanical) is preferred. Good interpersonal skills. Analytical approach with attention to detail and a curious mind. Proficiency in the English language. Excellent knowledge of the Office package – Word / Excel / PowerPoint. A good attitude and versatility in the use of applications is facilitating for the performance of the work.
