For our factory in the province of Verona we are looking for: Heavy Equipment Service Technician (M/F) Essential Duties Prepare estimates and/or customer repair estimates in a timely and accurate manner and provide follow-ups. Resolve and document complaints with dealers. Handle customer service issues, such as warranty issues. Support spare parts delivery service.
