We are looking for a brilliant Sales & Account Manager with at least five (5) years of experience in this role and who will be responsible for the following activities: Responsibilities Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close. Establish lasting relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers. Foster new relationships for EnGo through outbound efforts. Identify customer needs and collaborate with EnGO teammates to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade, and renewal. Initiate, negotiate and close new and renewal contracts with customers. Communicate and organise/escalate issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries. Provide recommendations and educate customers on new features and releases. Monitor and identify adoption and utilisation trends through market analysis. Conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas adopting Agile methodologies. Requirements 5 years proven experience. Experience selling Enterprise Software. Ability in contacts management using CRM. Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts and ability to articulate complex solutions and map them on to customers’ needs, presenting demos of products and services (online and in person). Ability to create reports and dashboards. Proven negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organisation. Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers or prospects. Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes. Good English level, both written and spoken. Nice to have Bachelor or higher degree preferred in a relevant field.
