Senior Property Lawyer Rate: £55 - 60 per hour Location: East Anglia Working: Hybrid About the Senior Property Lawyer Role: A popular local authority in the East of England is seeking an experienced senior property lawyer to join its growing and supportive team. The role is advertised on a locum basis with the view to a permanent contract thereafter. This particular post is to work as a senior lawyer remotely besides attendance in the office once per week. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Property Lawyer role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to join a supportive team on a full-time basis. The Senior Property Lawyer would ideally have the following characteristics; Manage a caseload of the more complex and high-profile matters Local authority experience is preferable and public sector candidates with strong commercial property law experience are encouraged to apply.
