CFO for PE-backed Professional Services Location: Midlands Salary: £170k - £200k bonus equity OR003 The Opportunity: Finatal are working with a leading UK Private Equity business to find an experienced CFO for a national Professional Services firm with a unique tech enablement angle. The role is based in the Midlands and would require 1 or 2 days a week in the office. The Role: Build and optimise the finance function Translate finance function improvement into superior commercial outcomes Support continued organic and M&A-driven growth and build towards exit Co-pilot the CEO and work closely with Board / PE Investors to set commercial and financial strategy Requirements: Experience as a CFO in private equity backed businesses Good understanding of the professional services business models with a track record in this space Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
