Temp to Perm Position Upto £50K Salary Central London Hybrid working policy PA / EA to C Suite Directors Start ASAP Hybrid We are looking for an immediately avaiable PA/ EA with to support the 3 Senior Directors of an Animation company. Based in their creative office space in London (with hybrid working), this role will work in true partnership with leaders role and act as their right hand support. Key responsibilities: Managing hectic diaries Arranging travel You will build a strong relationship with your Execs Manage meeting logistics Prep for all meetings. Managing all correspondence Managing some personal appointments and dinner reservations. Requirements 4 years Experience as an Executive Assistant MUST have entertainment, production or similar background Top class communication skills Strong organisational skills A keen eye for detail Great comms skills and an outgoing personality Excellent IT skills
