About the Role You’ll be joining a company with a strong reputation for delivering excellence in civil engineering. Working on projects for National Highways, local authorities, and major frameworks, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring the financial success of these critical infrastructure developments. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Manage the cost and commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion. Evaluate tenders and provide detailed breakdowns for client proposals. Conduct cost analysis, procurement, and value engineering to maximize project efficiency. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and financial control. Monitor project budgets, prepare valuations, and manage variations. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in civil engineering, highways, or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of NEC and other standard forms of contract. Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
